This is why people write passwords on sticky notes and tack them to their monitors:
--------
quote:
Password must be at least 8 characters. Must contain at least one lower caseletter, one upper case letter, one digit, must not contain the word ___[word removed], must not be equal to username and have at least one of these characters: !@#$-_ .
--------
Oi. Didja get all that??
How the heck is anyone supposed to remember their password when it's got all those requirements attached to it??
When I worked at Disney, they made us change our password to login to the employee network about every 2 months. I usually have the same password for everything so I had to start making brand new ones up and they got harder and harder to remember. And the computer remembers your old ones so you can't recycle passwords after a while.
ReplyDeleteholy cow - those are some pretty specific restrictions/qualifications for a password... what in the world was this from?? haha.
